Cotswold Riding for the Disabled is governed by its Board of Trustees who are Directors, and responsible for the management and conduct of the charity. The Board sets the strategic direction for our work, so we achieve our goals of life enhancement for our participants.

We are very fortunate to have a strong Board who have professional and higher managerial experience in various fields. They are able to help us achieve our vision and progress the work. We have a hard-working team of employees.
