Debbie Powell Bio

Debbie was promoted to General Operations Manager in 2023 after many years of being our Operations Manager, and before that our Yard Manager.

She is responsible for ensuring a full programme of lessons and other equine based activities are delivered safely and efficiently, as well as the management of six staff members at our arena centre, and the training for over 200 volunteers.

She has been instrumental in our considerable successes at RDA Regional and National Championships for our riders in both Dressage and Countryside Challenge, and has previously won RDA recognition for Cotswold RDA’s Musical Rides. Debbie has a BHS Intermediate Instructors certificate.
