General Conditions
• Legal Liability – In the absence of any negligence on the part of Cotswold RDA and the organisers, no liability will be attached to them. Competitors/spectators attend at their own risk.
• Competitors should ensure that they have adequate insurance for pony and rider.
• Children should be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Riders to be 16 years or under as at the date of the show.
• Hats to current British Safety Standards must be worn at all times whilst mounted
• Ponies must be 4 years and over on the day of the show. No stallions.
• NO DOGS please except for assistance dogs.
• Ponies are only to be warmed up in the indoor arena but not anywhere else on site.
• Ponies must be up to date with flu vaccinations, passports may be checked.
• Ponies should not be left tied outside unattended.
• NO LUNGEING anywhere on site.
• No haynets to be tied outside.
• The decision of the judge and officials is final and binding.
• Photographs: by entering this league you are agreeing to be photographed whilst competing and these photographs could be used for future publicity. If you do not wish to be photographed, please tell the photographer on entering the arena.
• A fall of pony and/or rider anywhere on the course (including after the starting bell but prior to going through the start) will always incur elimination.
