Our Charity Shop - Essential Information
Our dedicated volunteers and employees are the backbone of Cotswold RDA. To assist our team, we provide comprehensive resources including a detailed Retail Operations Manual.
The manual covers all aspects of shop management, from customer service to merchandise handling and safety protocols. Also below are extracted documents for reference.
We value our customers, volunteers and staff and endeavour to provide a professional and safe environment for all.
Please review and reference these documents regularly, you will be advised if any major changes are made. A printed copy is available at the shop location.
