Safeguarding

We have a vigorous safeguarding policy which is to make sure we offer all riders, volunteers and staff a safe and trusted experience with us.

The General Manager is our Safeguarding Officer, and they liaise with a Director on our Board of Trustees who is responsible for Safeguarding. All our safeguarding policies are up to date and in line with National RDA.

Safeguarding forms a crucial part of the induction process for all staff and volunteers. It is made clear that everyone has a responsibility for safeguarding whatever their role in the organisation. Our Safeguarding Policy document can be read on request.
